At Heavenduft, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We stand behind the quality of our fragrances and offer a “Love It or Get 100% Refund – 7 Day Guarantee” to ensure you shop with confidence.
Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.
1. 7-Day Love It or Get 100% Refund Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your fragrance, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible:

The product must be at least 90–95% full (light testing is allowed).

The request must be made within 7 days from the delivery date.

The original packaging (box, bottle, cap) must be intact.

A clear unboxing video or product photos may be requested for verification.

The product must be returned to us before the refund is processed.
Important conditions:

Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

This guarantee is limited to one refund per product per customer to prevent misuse.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

After verification, we will arrange:

Full refund including shipping charges
3. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before the shipping label or tracking ID is generated.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or incorrect:

Artisan / artisanal perfumes

Sample sets

Travel sprays

Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotional offers

Gift cards
5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the product received is damaged or incorrect.

For the 7-day satisfaction guarantee, customers must bear the return shipping cost.
6. COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit after the returned product is received and inspected.
7. International Orders
For international shipments:

Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items

Claims must be reported within 10 days of delivery

Custom duties, taxes, and courier charges are non-refundable
8. Refund Processing Time
After the returned product is received and approved:
